PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Monitoring and overseeing daily operations of property holdings. This involves implementation of processes and systems required to manage acquired property holdings (i.e. control, rent collection, maintenance) and also includes exploitation of opportunities to improve capital and rental values and reduce property overheads.

Our Valuation & Advisory team provide a comprehensive range of single to portfolio valuations, market, Investment appraisals and advisory services across all property sectors, with extensive knowledge spanning across commercial, specialists sectors, residential and agricultural properties. We provide valuation services to financial institutions, lenders, insurance companies, private individuals, investment funds, property companies and the public sector.
